SAI PRASADA - MID-DAY MEALS SCHEME

Sai Baba insisted that a hungry soul should be fed first and then made to think spiritual life. Our Guru Sri Radhakrishna Swamiji practiced this to the core, When he was in the
Mortal Coil by distributing whatever he used to get either as food items or gift items. 'NAIVEDYA' Prasad is distributed to all after Arathi and on Sundays. We sumptuously feed over 350 persons. In addition sixty inmates of Maruthi Orphanage and Vasanthapura Orphanage are provided feed.
We also provide mid-day meals to over 2000 School Children belonging to several schools. The beneficiary students belong to the following Schools:-

EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES

The Educational activities of the Centre consist in helping poor students over thousand in number, right from the Primary standard to the graduate level, by providing them with the requisite facilities in their studies such as financial assistance, note books, Mathematical Boxes, foot wears etc., as a gesture of the Centre's good will towards the welfare of the people
The Centre has an affiliated Wing 'Saipadananda Bala Vihar' where children in the age group of 5 to 12 are trained in 'Sankirtan' like chanting of Sri Vishnu Sahasranama and devotional songs.
The Centre as its aim awakening of humanity to the true and lofy purpose for which Sri Radhakrishna Swamiji strived - 'Self-Realisation'. There is a Veda Patashala which is designed to, to teach the ancient knowledge and cultural practices that have come down as a time - honoured heritage, and to afford a safe and holy venue in which Sai Baba's and Swamijis' guidelines towards a 'SATWIC LIFE' may be pursued and practiced by sincere aspirants.
The aims and objectives of Sri Sai Spiritual Centre, Bangalore as a whole, are spiritual, Cultural and Social, entirely non-sectarian Universally applicable and perfectly tolerant.
The Centre offers a Peaceful haven wherein is provided ample opportunities and actual help for the restoration of peace to the troubled, conflict-ridden and psychologically traumatised personality of modern man.
