1962 Plot of 1000 S Yards owned by Sri Domlur Krishna Murthy and held in trust by Sri.V.S.Sastry gifted to swamiji for propogating Sai Babas message.

1965 Formal opening of the nucleus of the present building by Sri Radhakrishna Swamiji on June 17, 1965

1967 Magnificent lifesize colour-potrait of Sri Sai Baba donated by Sri S.Doraiswamy,unveiled by Smt. Saraswathi Babi Giri in the presence of V.V. Giri(then Governor of Karnataka State) on April 27, 1967.

1970 Registration of 'Sri Sai Spiritual Centre' under the Mysore Societies Act 1960, (May 6, 1970).

1972 Marble idol of Radhakrishna,donated by Sri Harshad Patel,installed by Sri Radhakrishna Swamiji on March 23, 1972.

1978 From May 5th to 15th Silver Jubilee of the Centre,installation of the lifesize marble statue of Sri Sai Baba-60th Mahasamdhi of Sri Sai Baba by Sri Radhakrishna Swamiji.

1981 From Dec, 3rd to 6th 'All India Sai Devotees' Convention. Installation of the exquisite marble statue of Sri Radhakrishna Swamiji.

1985 Oct 23rd & 24th, Kumhabhi shekar of new gopums and inaguration of meditation hall & library block by H.H Sri Chidanandaji Maharaj, Ramakrishna Ashram, Bangalore.

1986 In April, Release of bilingual quaterly 'SAIPADANANDA'.

1987 Opening of Saipadananda Health Centre. Prathisthapana of 'Dhuni' specially brought from SHIRDI via Madras.

1989 'NAMA SAPTAH', of OM Sai Sri Sai Jaya Sai & Darshan of holy padvkas of Sai Baba brought from Shridi.

1993 Jan. 27th Installation of marble idol of H.H. Sri Narasimha Swamiji.

1997 Registration of Sri Sai Spiritual Centre Trust,as per the Trust Act.

2003 Inaguration of Golden Jubliee celebration by H.H. Rasapaya Swamiji
